Im sorry its to young to fully determine what sex it is.
You will be able to fully tell when it starts to enter adulthood, around 5-8 years old maybe a little before then maybe a little after.

Endoscope it if you need to know. Why do you need to know?
Theres no way to tell from the picture that you posted. You need to take a pic of it on its back so we can see the tail region in order for us to even have a guess.
