I am so very sad. We are having to rehome our RES Girly Gunther. I've already got a "possible" home for our Sulcata Ralph. (We named her Gunther when we rescued her, thinking she was a HE. We were wrong but couldn't think of a good name so we just started calling her Girly Gunther.)

I am TERRIFIED to rehome her. She startles easy, except with me. I know she will adjust, but it kills me. She was a rescue that we hadn't planned on keeping but we fell in love with her and, well, you know how that goes.

I'm hoping to find suggestions from all of you as to what to ask potential families, what to look for, etc. (Or if anyone here is interested, hint hint).

She is currently in an 80 gal tank filled 3/4 of the way full. She is approx. 9 inches long, 7-8 inches wide. I really think she'd be happier in a pond, but only if people visit with her daily.

She lives on dried bugs and goldfish (she stopped eating pellets some time ago and won't touch veges).

We rescued her in 2007 or 2008, can't remember.

What suggestions do you have for me?
