Ahh. Cool. If it falls through just go to the San Antonio show next and find Craig. Tell him I sent yah and he will match that price with a new bunch he got in. So far so good on them too. But 3 weeks isnt ample time to justify a healthy specimen. 11 more months to go. Good luck. Hope it works out.

Good news, I just got him today! Within the first minute he went straight to eating, climbing, and even drinking water.....super active guy. The only thing is he pooped and he has parasites pretty significantly. Anyone know what I can do to deparasite him? He is in a quarantine tank ATM and will be until this parasite issue is under control.

I was going to have to wait till the 15 th to get him as petco is having their half off live reptile sale, but one of my friends had a half off life reptile coupon that they let me have. I will post pictures as soon as possible, but I'm avoiding to much interaction as I do not want to stress him in his new habitat.

Really, you got him and didn't post a pic, really, what's wrong with you:p :D kidding, except a pic would be nice. As for parasites, you will have to do a fecal to know what kind and what to treat it with.

Glad you are quarantining it. Nice looking pancake. Yes your vet will be able to check and determine which specific parasites to treat for. Have you not had any of your other torts tested??

I have had them tested but haven't had anything come up before. I guess this more seen in wild caught torts.

Yes, just bring in a stool sample. When you are treating him, use just paper towel for a substrate and change it often and never let poop sit in the enclosure, clean it out right away. You don't want the tort to keep re-infesting itself.
After the round of treatment is over, bring in another stool sample to be sure all is clear. If you get a clear sample, then you can go back to using substrate again.
Nice looking cake.

When treating for internals, ask your vet the life cycle time for the parasite you're treating for. Recheck 1week after what would be a full cycle to help confirm that it is indeed clean.
Very nice looking 'cake.

Will do, do I also need to clean his shell off to keep the external hygiene up. I'm new to pancakes and I know they aren't too fond of water as they are easily susceptible to RI's

Yes, but you have to ask the store manager to special order it from their vendor.
