Green Discolouration on skin?

So my two year old Hermann has quite quickly developed this large green mark on the side of his face and I was wondering if it’s anything I should be concerned about? He doesn’t seem unwell or anything apart from the usual winter tiredness.

How often do you give it a nice long soaking? It could just be staining from munching on greens.

I try to soak him once a week but it’s usually not for long because he really hated being in water. I thought it was staining but I don’t think it is.
