Green spot on baby Horsefield

Hi Please see photo attached. Noticed small green spot on side of head plus discolouration on skin around. Wouldn't come off when soaking. Do I need to take him to the vets? Many thanks

Thank you. I think the little green centre poss was a bit of stubborn food which has just come off with a toothbrush when soaking (gently) however the skin around thet area is still paler that the rest of his skin. Many thanks in advance
