Hello! I'm new to the forum and just wanted to drop in and say hi. I'm preparing for my first tortoise and this isn't the first time I've visited this site for information. I'm glad to be apart of the forum and have a reliable source to ask for my tortoise needs. I'm currently looking at getting either a Sulcata or a Graeca Ibera and done a lot of reading on both of these guys.
A little about me: I've always been an animal lover, especially with tortoises and turtles. I have 2 lab dogs and a 3 year old snail named Parker. I currently live in the North Carolina area in the US with my 4 sisters and will be attending college next summer. I've wanted to get a reptile as a pet since I was 7 and plan on raising multiple animals in the future like an iguana. I'm very excited to get a life long companion of a tortoise and hope to open up an sanctuary to non-traditional pets in the future.
