i would check some of the past post, some one made a thread a few weeks back about a scammer with pretty much the same list and pricing that you just posted, i would be careful, just find a good breeder on here, or i also recommend theturtlesource.com . some people have had a hard time reaching them, but i did get a great animal from them, the price was right, the tortoise came healthy, and it was an overall good buy.

Send him lots of money and then come back and tell us what he sends you.

I'll take 1000 galops and 1000 radiated tortoises at that price. He can keep the $185 sulcatas though.
Ya I found it odd that the pricey ones were cheap and the ones that are on the lower end are high. I did a name search on here before I posted thread just to see and it came up with nothing but I'm sure he uses different names. Surely someone won't fall for this. I just thought I would put it out here, just in case. Of course I ain't sending him any money but I have been emailing him. He came up w some nice pics of everything I told him I was interested in.

Oh ya, I had no intentions on buying from him. I have already found a breeder on here for my next addition. I just found it outrageous and thought I would share the crazyness, us I wanted to see if anyone had heard or dealt with this guy. He isn't a good liar. The original email address was something like joeperez@gmail but yet he said his name is Michael and with the first email he sent, he gave me another email to contact him with. Weird.

Well I'm very glad you saw right through the scam and made the rest of us aware of it too. Thank you.

But I'm really bummed I won't be getting a bunch of hatchling Galops for $385 a piece...

Me too. Lol. I told him I was in market for 3-5 leopards, 6-10 Egyptians, 2 galops, and 2-5 Aldabra. I told him I needed a quick transaction and I would need to see pics of available animals. He shoot me the pics right back. I guess he thought he had me on the hook. Lol.

Some of those pics are from forum members here. I recognize them.

I wonder if we can get the police involved. This is already fraud and its attempted theft since he's obviously not going to be able to send anyone these tortoises after they pay him.

It is sad, and I really hope no one falls for it. I will c if I can report his ads. He had like 8all the same just worded differently, on that pet classified site. Maybe we can get ads took down, stop the source. I don't know about police where u at but the police here wouldn't do anything but tell ya to stay off the internet. Their not a big help around here.
