Got my Russian tort a new outdoor enclosure for good weather, but when he is out there all he dose is try to escape. Should I take him out, he seems happier when he is outside. All I want is for my tort to be happy.

That's pretty normal when you introduce them to a new place. They will try to find any defects where they can maybe get out, and if they can't find any, they usually give up. I had the same problem with Carl. Eventually I think he figured out that "hey, I'm a two inch tortoise, and these walls are 5 inches tall... I don't think my odds are very good", and he just became content to roam within his boundaries :)

Like was said, give him a few days to test his boundaries and decided he can't get out. Then he will move on to removing all plant life from within his enclosure. :D
