Jimmy here from Southern California! New to the forum. I just recently purchased my first tortoise from @Markw84 . It’s a Burmese star. I’m Currently on the finishing stages of my custom enclosure guided by all the great info I’ve read on this forum and the Monsoon guidelines spect out by Marks care sheet . Hopping to share a photo tomorrow

Having some trouble maintaining the cool side at 80 degrees. I currently have my enclosure in my kitchen with no A/C and temps outside have been 90 degrees . Any advice on this ?
