Hello everyone!

My name is Marga. For about 4 weeks now I have a baby sulcata. I was told he was about 10 weeks when I got him.
His ( or her ) name is Sequoia.

I have been reading ALOT online about sulcatas and also got a couple of books. Very different things I read on how to take care of them.

I am glad I found this forum.

Thanks Jaqui! I always admired the Galapagos tortoises, and when I started reading about tortoises I found out about sulcatas and decided to get one. It is my first tortoise, I used to have a red ear slider growing up.

We live in Texas in the Dallas area so he will be spending quite a bit of time outside when he gets bigger.
