I recently adopted my first tortoise. She's a hermann's estimated to be about one month old. Her shell is exactly 1.5 inches long. I realize she may not be female, but I'll consider her such until proven otherwise. She doesn't have a name yet. But she does have a very healthy appetite, which makes it very easy to convince her to try new foods. She's also calm and curious about her environment, and I couldn't be happier with her (or possibly him). So without further ado, here's my itty bitty shelled one:
