Someone somewhere is looking for their pet...

Unfortunately probably not this is a rural area & people use it to drop animals fairly often. I found an add from a couple months ago of someone in a community near by trying to re home 3 male Russians so I have a feeling maybe that's where he came from.

All the best of luck with him. He looks like he could use some nice long warm soaks and a lot of good food and time (rest of his life???) alone in a big, suitable enclosure!
