Hello from me and my fosters!

Hello all! ? I’m new to posting but have been reading the forum for a while (and learning a lot!). I live in the Central Valley in CA and have been taking care of a box turtle and a Hermann’s tortoise for about a year. (When I met them they were housed together in a mail tote, no heat lamps, no vet care, etc. So I took them home to get healthy.) They are so sweet and I’ve learned so much about reptile care since I got them. Also, I’ve learned how expensive reptile lighting and equipment can be, LOL. I have some questions about finding the Hermann's a permanent home at some point, but will post my questions in a separate subforum on the site.

Here is a pic of the Hermann’s and also a pic of the night box I’m currently building for the box turtle. I'm so grateful for all of the night box info and pics that I’ve found on the forum! Thanks! ☺

I lol when Oregonians complain about the very rare 85 degree day. So hot we're sweating hahaha they don't know what sweating is, do they!
Most houses don't have air. I freakin love it!!!
