I joined this group awhile back, never posted. I have a 15 yr old male African Sulcata. I have had since he was 1 month. He is pyramiding, I have adjusted his diet. Less romaine, more natural grass.

Hello and welcome. Congrats on your first post, five years later...

Nearly everyone with a 15 year old sulcata has some pyramiding. We didn't know how to raise them properly 15 years ago. I wouldn't worry about it.

More grass and less romaine sounds great to me. Even though your tortoise is older, there are some good food ideas in here:
