Hello,

I am new here and look forward to learning more about the care and keeping of tortoises.

New owner of two red footed tortoises.

I don't have any Redfoot living indoors right now. Mine are all outside 24/7.
However, I have kept them in a closed chamber enclosure that has a few inches of orchid bark, covered by a few inches of garden soil. (Not sand)
By pouring water into the corners of the enclosure, the Orchid bark absorbs the water, giving off humidity as it evaporates and leaving the top layer mostly dry.
In my experience, that moss, used in the whole enclosure will be a source of shell fungus. Too wet too long.
Also, that fish tank is way, way too small for even a single tortoise.
What are you using for lighting and heating?
I've kept Redfoot for over 30 years. There are many Redfoot keepers here. We'd all like to help you not make some of our past mistakes.

Hello and welcome.

To what has already been noted, I would add: Those ramped water bowls are great for snakes and lizards, but they are a flipping/drowning hazard for tortoises and should not be used. A terra cotta plant saucer sunk into the substrate will work much better.
