The rate for shipping animals across countries is pretty expensive to say the least. I suggest trying to find a local source and see what type of specimens they have for purchase.

I haven't been to Kuwait in several years. That and my knowledge of the CITES laws is spotty at best. You should probably do a search and see if there are any pet shops or licensed breeders that cater to what you're looking for. Be sure to ask about their operations and husbandry practices to get a better idea of what conditions they are using in their breeding protocols.
