Herman’s tortoise or Russian tortoise ID help

Hi! I thought my tortoise was a Herman’s tortoise, but when I posted a picture on here was told he was Russian. I guess him being a Russian could make sense since his pattern and she’ll shape don’t match most Herman’s tortoise pictures I’ve seen. Could anyone look at these pictures and tell me what they think?
