HErman tortoise won’t eat and had bumps

A few weeks ago I posted about my Herman tortoise having a swollen back leg and not eating..went to the vet got antibiotics and went to are the re check up..the dr was schocked on how well she was doing and how fast she healed so we got to the good.

Now two weeks later she’s back to not eating :( and my tortoise has wart looking bumps alllll over her..everywhere..her back leg..the top of her head..her arm and not eating...does anyone no what this could be??

It’s like white big bumps on his neck..and that big one on his leg

The bumps and nodes are typically associated with overly moist conditions for Hermann’s tortoises. This is why they sometimes do not do well in the closed chamber type enclosure that many other tortoises thrive in.

We have been keeping it more moist because she was still a bit dehydrated!!! I wonder if that caused it..

I would reduce the moisture in the enclosure. If the tortoise is dehydrated, I recommend warm water soaks for 20-30 minutes.
