Does my tort look normal he is 9 months old his shell seems a bit bumpy to me is that the way it’s supposed to be

He looks fine too me, but with pyramiding. Not enough humidity.
Btw, I have been finding out with my leopards, that even with a very high humidity, some torts will still have some humidity.

The bumpy shell is called pyramiding. You can help prevent future pyramiding by providing warm soaks and more humidity in the enclosure

The humidity is always 99% and he does get soaked twice a week what else can I do to stop this and is it dangerous
