Hermanns and Little Gem Lettuce?

Can Hermann tortoises eat little gem lettuce, if so how much should they eat

You can include it in the rotation with other greens. With just one animal to feed, I'd buy one head of that and one head or bunch of something else and feed it until it's gone, then buy two different types of greens and feed them until they're gone, etc.

ok thank you know I know its ok to feed it to my little torti. I feed him natural plants and rarely give him veg anyway but now its winter, weeds and plants are not growing so we are giving him some veg
