Hello all,

I purchased a red foot juvenile on Saturday, just trying to get everything right for him at the moment. I’m in the UK, he/she is currently in a 3 foot by 2 foot and going into a 4 foot by 2 foot very soon. We are also looking to do an outdoor home.

I’m not 100% sure how old he is was just told he is a 2018 hatchling, he currently weighs 177g and is 3.75 inches/9.5cm long.

Look forward to chatting to you all.

Welcome
One of our most successful Redfoot owning members is actually from the U.K
@Anyfoot
So, raising these can be done and done well in a less than ideal climate.
I'd like to point out that you need hunidity. Lots of it. And your enclosure looks pretty arid.

Hi thank you for that. Humidity is at 80 -85% I have a fogger that I put on 4 times a day so should I leave it on? I spray down every few hours. I have thought about changing the substrate too. Thanks for your help.
