HI! Im not sure what species of tortoise I own

I don't think this is a statue. The eyes do look a little odd, but compare the motion of the tortoise's left front leg to the rest of its body. I don't know what type of tortoise it is, but it looks nice.

Could be emys emys. Colors in the photo are over saturated, not showing the true colors. If its real, its perfect in every aspect.

I don't have the slightest what type of tortoise this is but it's gorgeous. And I have lol'd at the thought of it being so perfect it could be mistaken for a statue. I can tell it most definitely isn't a statue but it's pretty enough!

What interests me most in this thread is the diet advice being given when we don't have agreement about the species. For example, several 'no or limited fruit' comments, but fruit is a big part of the Emys tortoises diet.
