Hi Madloca:
Your little desert tortoise, Bronco, is a pretty nice-looking desert tortoise, however, he looks like he could benefit from a little more humidity in his environment. In the wild, they poop and pee in their burrows, bringing up the humidity around them. This is helpful in keeping the new growth smooth and not rough/bumpy.
We're very glad you found the Tortoise Forum. Desert tortoises are one of my favorite kind of tortoise.

Those muscular arms are so impressive--he must do a lot of push-ups.
Post some more photos of his enclosure when you can...I like his personal Mt. Everest you built for him. And duh---that explains the bruiser forearms!

Oh, so super cute. I do love the picture of him kind of sitting up with his front legs in his food dish.
