Horsfield won’t open her eyes

My Esther a horsfield tortoise won’t open her eyes she’s active when I move her but she wants to get in a corner and sleep I’ve done carrot baths but no look she’s eating but no much what can I do

What size/dimensions is the enclosure? What substrate do you use? What lights do you have? What are the temperature levels and humidity level? Has the tortoise lost any weight at all? How often do you soak the tortoise? What food do you feed it? How old is your tortoise?
