How do I connect this humidifier to my enclosure?

I just built a two story enclosure for my tortoise and I an getting a humidifier to attach to keep the humidity up. I'm trying to figure out how to connect it but I can't think of any good ideas so I figured maybe you guys my have some. It has two outlets so I'm going to have one supplying the top part of the enclosure and one supplying the bottom. I just don't know how to connect it. here is the humidifier I plan to use. PVC pipe is what I used.

I use pvc + plastic tubing.

I also put a little screen at the end of the pipe.
