How often do Russian Torts eat?

I just got a new Russian Tort and I am a beginner to the tortoise world. I have all the right things to feed him but I don't know exactly when to feed him. I'm at school from 7:30 to 4:00 and I don't know if that will interfere with his eating schedule. Please help. Thanks

I also am at school at 7:30. I feed my russian tortoise every day before I leave. You can give your tortoise the amount of food about the equivalence of their shell. I also find it very time saving in the morning to prepare the food the day before.
