How often to supplement sulcata diet with greens and veggies?

We have had a very mild winter so far. I’m still growing grasses outside. My sulcata eats mainly grass, I always thought greens and veggies were for when you were in a pinch. I try and give him some collards, endive and such about once a week. He gets lots of weeds and different grasses. Just don’t want to over do it on the grocery store foods.
Side note, Rex is about 2.5 years, 10 inches and about 8 lbs

I would rather supplement a tortoise of that size with edible leaves, like mullbery, grape, hibiscus, etc. rather than produce.
