Hi, might think about UV tube style lighting. Majority of the moisture required to maintain ambient humidity is also escaping through your screen lids.
Several brands/sizes of tubes & fixtures out there. Good luck & all the best to you & your Tort ??

Mounted on top of aquarium. Do you have A glass lid?
