Hurricane Michael? Anyone here experience it?

Hey guys, was watching Michael tear up North West Florida and wondered if anyone here has any stories about this storm to tell or if they do, what are they? It was a real horror of a hurricane especially for Panama City and other nearby coastal places.

Sorry Aldabraman! "Tracking Michael" somehow went right by me. Good thread! I'm a bit of a weather enthusiast and love tracking hurricanes except when they are headed right for us here in little old Jamaica...I remember Gilbert in 1988...was living right in Montego Bay - what a blast!!!
