That's cool you built your own closed chamber without knowing how lol "all insecure" usually everyone's really helpful on this thing there's a couple threads that show how to make a closed chamber.have u checked how good it can hold humidity? And maybe it's not so bad you have those slits in the front and back cause it does need some sort of ventilation you should flex seal the whole bottom so when you moisten the substrate it won't mold the wood.
