I see swelling on my russian tortoise legs, Please advise if this is concerning

I have a female Russian tortoise and i am a little concerned about the swelling i see on her legs.

I am not sure if its a swelling or just signs of a healthy tortoise. She has been eating and running around fine.

I brought her home from a pet store a few weeks ago and I am housing her in an indoor enclosure made from 4X2 bookshelf. I am feeding her lettuce, kale and occasionally broccoli.

Please advise if i should see a vet for the swelling.
