I'd love to work with NH to....

Repopulate this southern end of the state with eastern box turtles.

We've got ten acres of mixed woods meadow and marsh... a dream is to build a few outside enclosures, grow a breeding population, then five or ten years in start letting some go, near and far.

I know, I know... I can't, so I won't, but I'd love to help them regain a foothold in my neck of the woods.

I reached out via email to the head biologist in the NH Wildlife program, to ask about the possibility of following my idea, or failing that, to find other ways to support turtle populations in my home state.
