I'm thinking of building an enclosure for my baby Greek Tortoise for when he grows to an adult. Right now hes in a tiny 20" x 10.5" terrarium but he's also tiny. I don't have much room as of now. The biggest spot I have in my room is 32" x 15.25". Is this big enough or am I going to find a bigger spot for him? I don't plan on getting more tortoises as of now but after seeing some of you on this forum they look addicting.

Some would say that is enough space, but I personally would give the tort more unless you plan on building a two story table (tricky). I'd say go as big as you can...the torts seem to enjoy it. What you quoted would probably be about a minimum.

That size (32" X 15.25") would be fine for 2 or 3 years, but than you'd need a larger enclosure as the tortoise got larger.
