I have a tortoise about 1 year old, Could you plz identify it? My vet told me it's sput thighed but he was not accurate.

These are some pics from it and if U could tel me about the sex? it is helpful.

I don't believe your vet was wrong. That looks like a spur-thighed (Greek) tortoise to me!
It could be a Hermanns, they look very similar, but I think it's a Greek.

And 1 year old is too young to reliably sex them.

I agree it is a greek tortoise, not sure of the subspecies though. Also, it appears to be female.

Your tortoise is an Ibera Greek tortoise, Testudo (gracea) ibera. They are also known by the common name "Spur-thighed" but that common name isn't used as often any longer in part because it gets confused with the common name given to African Sulcata "Spur (or Spurred) tortoise".

Your tortoise is right on the border of being accurately sexed. It's really a bit too small yet. But throwing a wild guess out there-it is likely a female. But that is not accurate at this point in it's growth. You should be able to tell in about another 3/4" to 1" of growth.
