I hope to breed my radiateds

I wish I could keep Galaps and Ploughshares. Some nice cherry-head redfoots and burmese stars.

The little tortoises are cool....but I like the mid-sized to gigantic tortoises. I do like the tent tortoises, but I would rather have some burmese stars...8)

As far as turtles go....the batagurs, fly rivers, mata matas, and alligator snapping turtles.

Well, good heavens! If we're doing lists, for tortoises I want:

Galops
Ivory Sulcatas, from Richard Fife
Manouria (both ssp)
South African Leopards
Radiateds
Pancakes

For turtles I want:

Western Boxies
Gulf Coast Boxies
All of the different Diamond Back Terrapins
Chinese Big heads
Those giant aquatic box turtle things from the San Diego Zoo
Fly River Turtles

IVORY SULCATAS. oh wait, i already have one of those.... :D ! ;)! i would keep the smallest tortoise in the world, radiateds, and sulcatas. i'll pass on the turtles, we have box turtles all over our roads and in our back yards here so their "shine" is lost to me, and i've never been interested in aquatic turtles. unless you count sea turtles!!!

For tortoises it would may be between the Erosa hingeback or Spiders with Radiateds coming in third.

For turtles either Mata Matas or Eastern box turtles.

Of course no matter what species it is, there is just such a magical moment when the hatchling emerges from the shell, I could be happy breeding any of them.

HAH, I love hearing about all the different kinds you guys would keep - it is amazing that we all share a basic love for these shelled critters, but our tastes run so differently!!!

I am quickly falling in love with ANY forest tortoise - my climate is pretty perfect for them, especially in the summer.

(Jacqui, guess who has her eyes on a few erosa next? Hee hee hee :D )
