HI all
is Egyptian Tortoise illegal to have as a pet in Canada?what else?

'cause I lived at Canada, and I found this breeder in New Jersey, they offer shipment to Canada. they said they re license dedicated breeders, with import and export permit.

however, I am not sure if I am allow to own those kind of tortoise in Canada.

The tortoise isn't illegal, but Canada doesn't allow importation of tortoises from the U.S.
