As Austin said, more pics are needed. Preferably one of the carapace, plastron and its head if you can get one.

There's not enough showing to make a good guess, but the nose sort of looks like he belongs in the mud turtle family of turtles.

At this moment, we could rule out the mud and musk turtles.

was it wild caught? cus the location might gives a couple of clues.

I can definitely say this is a VERY OLD MALE MELANISTIC slider or cooter. I would need to see the side of the head to know for sure. Some older slider males (mainly red eared sliders) will lose their patterns and gradually darken with age. What state was it caught in??

No matter what type of turtle it is, that turtle is aquatic and needs to be put in water asap. Is it possible to return the turtle back to the pond? It should go back. What part of Florida, if you don't mind?

I already put the turtle back in the pond right after i picked it up. And i found it in tampa florida
