Indian Star Care

I have been considering getting an Indian Star Tortoise and, while I know the basic care, I'd like some people with experience keeping them to tell how they keep them. Like, what substrate(s) do you use and what do you feed them? I know they have a pretty specific diet, but what stuff do you think is the best for them?

I'm only keep star for just a month
but here what i do
i use cocopeat / cococoir substrate, and I'm not satisfied. it is so messy when get spray, in a couple day i will change to forest bark
i feed, wheat grass, succulent, hibiscus , sword lettuce, aloe vera, Chinese cabbage, wild petunia flower. carrot and mazuri a couple time's a week
