Interest in a group on DIY High End Humidifer

Why don't you just buy a normal little humidifier and put it in the enclosure?

Low water capacity (filling it hourly), low output, and odds are low life.
Okaye, about how long would you say it lasts? Like at least 6 months? I don't need one for that long, like maybe 1 1/2 years or so

The unit should easily last 2 years. Every 6 months or so, depending upon water quality, you will need to clean the mist disks in vinegar. I will offer additional disks for those who are lazy ;)

Yeah, I noticed that two. I just decided to go with a regular ultrasonic humidifier that holds a little over two gallons and set it on a timer to run for a few hours into the room with the animals. It makes it so evaporation from each enclosure is much lower. So each enclosure's humidity went up, and the whole room is moister as well. Good thing that room is my garage.
