Tubes do not put out enough UVB-UVA for a leo. they are good for other species I have tubes in my enclosure just for extra light along with a MVB

Really? Wow! I would have thought if a 110w full spectrum daylight tube had enuff to raise coral, would have been great for leos too.

I have been reading everything I can on the high humidity discussions and it occurred to me in SC, I have a very natural high humidty environment (warm months are always greater then 90%). This led me to consider moving the enclosure outside. I have a large screened in porch that would offer plenty of security. Some concerns I have...
1) Temp gradient would be non-exisitant at any given point in time.
2) The night time lows are the mid 70's - which could be managed

It would be out of the direct sun though it would get plenty of indirect sun/light.

What does everyone think?

Hello, fellow South Carolinian here! Shoot me an email richard@ richardsines.com. Sounds like you've got a pretty good handle on everything so far. Good luck!
