They are have quite bad pyramidding on their shells which suggests their start in life hasn't been great.

The pyramidding will not go away. It may become less obvious if they grow more, but they look pretty big.

What is important now is that you get the correct care in place - read the guide I linked to earlier and do what it says

it eats well, it doesnt face any problem in that
