Is Agar-Agar safe for tortoises?

I recently saw a recipe for aquatic snail jello, and I was wondering is I could do the same for tortoises? It’s high in calcium, and made of seaweed and algae. You can mix in whatever you want, and it could be a good way to get them to eat hays and grasses.

Np Technocheese I'm going to try something like this too but I forgot unflavored gelatin when I went grocery shopping earlier lol
