just wondering if cherries are good or ok for tortoises to eat. i have a cherry tree and it would be great if my redfoots could eat it.

Not a great Ca: P- 0.61:1- but loaded with vitamins and a small punch of fiber.
I do not feed them regularly or in large amounts (well, most of the time I don't). I also don't remove the pit. I have not noticed a problem with that so far. I figure they eat things like this naturally, they must have an idea of how to do it.
