Is indirect sunlight sufficient?

Is indirect sunlight ok? I have mine on the porch.

Without a UV meter measuring at tortoise level, there's no way to tell.

There is a surprisingly high UV level through cloud and under trees... I know from bitter experience of teenage sunburn. They will get some indirect UVB evn in a porch and as long as they are not more than a foot or two back from the outside world, it should be good enough.
