Is my tortoise blind in one eye?

My little russian tortoise is getting me worried. I dont know if he is blind in one eye or both eyes, he is only 6. One eye is more open than the other, nothing around the eye though. I use bulb lights (not spiral) for him and he is fed everyday and bathed every 2 days. He is also sleeping frequently. Is there anything I should be worried about?

1. What substrate are you using?

2. What model bulbs are you using? and UV(B) lighting? Night time heating?

3. What is the humidity level of your enclosure? And temperature zones? Basking spot, warm side, low side, and overnight low side? How long are the lights/heat left on for each day?

4. What device are you using to measure your temperature and humidity levels?
