Is my Tortoises shell alright?

I just bought this red foot baby tortoise about a week ago and I would like to make sure the shell is alright. I noticed a bit of bumpiness and I'm not sure if these small bumps are normal or not.

looks like he/she may have been kept a little to dry before you got them. what are you keeping humidity at and how often are you soaking?

I try to keep it at between 70% and 80% but my spray bottle is a little too small and I soak him about everyday with warm water, and is the bump on the shell bad?

no there not bad but if you could make a closed chamber that would keep the humidity maintained and insure any new growth is smooth you wanna aim for around 80%. Don't worry to much your baby doesn't look bad
