Is ready for mating or not

I have now four tortoise, Veronica who laid a 2 egg and pumpkin is greek tortoise with 13cm
and another female with 17cm length and a male have 13cm length
How I can know if all my tortoises are ready for mating or no?

What species are they? I moved this to Greek as you had it under contest. It's hard for me to tell by the avatar pic, gets blurry when I try to blow it up.

Yes is a greek tetsudo graeca marokensiss
First image is the male
Second is Veronica she laid 2 egg so is ready for mating
Third image is pumpkin and the other female
