Yellow "feet" usually means a Colombian region .carbonaria / redfoot.

Does shelly have this configuration of scales on the top of his head ? - the best way to tell.

Leg colour is variable on redfoots, ranging between yellow and red. It's not an age thing. Some locales of redfoots are more yellow, others more red.

It's a red footed Tortoise 100% sure of it . You can tell by the shell and the shape of its nose .

Photos are quite blurry, but the prefrontal nasal scales look totally redfoot to me. The leg colour isn't actually what defines the two different species.

My big redfoot is mostly yellow, my little one is mostly red. Funny how it works.

andy asked if it was a redfoot or a yellowfoot.. so I posted a pic of a yellowfoot to show the difference. a redfoot has a distinct "nose-scale" on the tip of his nose.. a yellowfoot has the parallel bars that reach the tip of the nose.

That Redfoot with a yellow head and yellow feet, is most likely native to the foothills of the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta in Colombia. Here is my old male, that I've been trying to find two girlfriends for for years now... I had actually contact with a local breeder in Colombia a couple of years ago, that should send me two females to a distributor in the U.K. so I could get them over to Sweden. But that was postponed, and never happened. :(
