Is this paint okay for the inside of a tortoise table I made?

I think it would not be safe, I would worry that your tortoise could digest some paint chips that they may scratch off. Just my opinion.

Shoot. So this stuff is likely to peel off is the problem? Or is it the fact that it also has primer in it also a concern? I spent almost 2 hours reading paint cans today lol. Not a single one said non toxic and couldnt find anything that was specifically mentioned here. Guess I should order something online. Recommendations are greatly appreciated.

I used self-adhesive Vinyl floor tile in my Tortoise table and it will help keep the humidity up, help keeps the moisture out of the wood. Also I believe the humidity may keep the paint moist and release toxic fumes.
