Is this type of parsley safe to feed?

Opinions vary but I'd say it's okay once in a while. I'd be surprised if your tortoise eats it, though. It's very strong in flavor.

Jay, you are in London. Surely there are some Asian markets not too far from you? You should have more luck there than at a Tesco.

It might take a little legwork and research on your part to navigate the different greens but you seem up to the task!

As far as i am aware supermarkets sell only Petroselinum sp.
The first ones you posted are varieties of this.
The Smyrnium sp. or Alexander is not sold in supermarkets but can be found in gardens or in the wild. This is edible to people and tortoises.
